About the Cash Payout: Lottery & Removal
Cash Payout tracks money removed from or added to your cash drawer outside of regular sales. Record lottery wins, scratch-off payouts, bottle and can deposit refunds, vendor payments, tips, payroll, owner draws, safe drops, supplies, float and change - each with its own reason code.
Use the POS tile to enter an amount or scan a reason barcode, then tap Remove cash or Add cash. Transactions go directly to your open cash session with optional receipt printing. No orders are created in the system.
Save custom payout reasons like "Lottery payout" or "Bottle refund" with preset amounts for faster processing. Scan barcodes using your camera or scanner to quickly select reasons and amounts. View detailed reports showing cash in, cash out and net totals organized by date and reason - perfect for end-of-day reconciliation.
Requires POS Pro, an active cash session and internet connection.
