About the Newcraft • Billit
This app connects your Shopify store to your Billit account and automatically creates invoices from paid orders. After installation, you authorize Billit, choose when invoices should be created, and decide whether documents are sent automatically by email or through Peppol with email fallback.
The app creates invoices from paid or fulfilled orders and can post refunds as credit notes. Every sync is visible with its status, error message, and retry button, so you always know what's happening. VAT numbers can be imported from checkout, customer metafields, or order notes for complete workflow integration. Near real-time syncing keeps your invoicing up to date without manual work.
