About the B2B Credit & Receivables

B2B Credit & Receivables helps wholesale sellers manage credit limits and accounts receivable for their business customers. The app provides credit limit tracking per company account, where multiple buyers from the same company share one limit. You get AR aging reports organized by currency, showing current balances and overdue amounts in 1-30, 31-60, and 60+ day brackets. The app includes an escalating payment reminder system that you can send manually, in batches, or set to run automatically once you opt in. Reminders are simple transactional emails sent to billing contacts you manage. Due dates automatically align with Shopify payment terms, and the system tracks partial payments. Company accounts are created automatically from the first order, whether you use Shopify's native B2B checkout or not. This gives wholesale sellers the accounts receivable tools that native B2B checkout doesn't include, making it easier to track outstanding payments and manage customer credit.
