About the Pick Forge: Pick and Pack

PickForge turns any phone or handheld scanner into a scan-and-pack station for order fulfillment. Scan the courier label on a parcel or type the order number to open the matching order instantly. Verify every item by barcode as you pack - if you scan a wrong item, a mispick alarm fires before the parcel is sealed. Verified orders are automatically fulfilled with tracking information. The app works offline, queuing picks on your device and resyncing when Wi-Fi returns. Staff can log in with a PIN directly on the warehouse scanner, so no Shopify admin accounts are needed. Import bin locations and stock counts from Stocky or inventory CSV files to guide pickers through your warehouse. No customer personal data is stored on the device.
