SignalCards helps merchants organize chargeback evidence for item-not-received disputes. Import orders or create manual cases to confirm facts, identify missing evidence, and review detailed timelines. The app organizes order, fulfillment, transaction, and refund evidence while highlighting what's available, unconfirmed, or missing. Human review is required before generating printable HTML output for manual dispute submission. Currently supports item-not-received chargebacks only and does not upload files, submit disputes automatically, or provide legal advice.
