Craftbench turns your personalized orders into a clear production list with due dates and proof approval. Every unfulfilled item appears on one page with the customization details the buyer entered at checkout shown right beside it. Each item gets its own production status and due date calculated from your lead times, so you can quickly spot what's overdue or at risk. Filter by any customization value like color, font, or size to batch similar work together. When custom details need sign-off, send customers a no-login link where they can approve or request changes. The app reads Shopify's line item properties directly, so nothing changes on your storefront.
