About the Bakery Order by iCCRAFT
Bakery Order Form makes it easy for bakeries and cake shops to take custom cake orders directly on their Shopify store. No more chasing order details through DMs and email — customers fill out a simple form right on your product page.
The custom order form lets customers choose cake size, flavor, and pickup date, add a personalized message, and upload a reference photo of their desired design. You can set your available pickup days and minimum lead time to manage orders smoothly.
All custom orders appear in the app's Orders tab with complete details, so nothing gets lost in chat threads. Customers check out and pay like any regular product. Both you and your customer receive automatic confirmation emails for every bakery order placed.
