ReturnWise helps customers open returns themselves through a self-serve portal on your store or in Shopify customer accounts. Shoppers see exchange options or store credit with an optional bonus before getting a cash refund to their original payment method. Set up your return window, eligibility rules, restocking fees, and return labels once—an AI assistant can even draft your return rules from your existing policy. The portal automatically applies these rules to each return request.
Your dashboard tracks refund value kept as store credit. Paid plans unlock exchanges for different sizes, colors, or any product, plus bonus credit incentives, custom rules, shipping labels through Shippo, EasyPost, or ShipStation, photo requirements, and automatic restocking. You can also offer returnless refunds under a set value and flag repeat returners to hold or block their returns automatically.
