Adjudge handles returns, exchanges, store credit, and fraud detection in one app. Customers use your branded return portal to request refunds or exchange any product in your store, with price differences calculated automatically. Every return request gets an AI verdict from Claude (Anthropic) that flags fraud signals like wardrobing, serial returners, and suspicious new-account patterns before you issue a refund. The AI explains each decision in plain English: approve, reject, or escalate for your review. You control auto-approval thresholds for low-risk returns and can override any decision with one click. All actions are audit-logged. Return shipping labels integrate with EasyPost and Shippo (US only). Shop-the-store exchanges let customers swap for any product while the app settles price differences automatically.
