About the Regulo ‑ E‑Invoicing & VAT
Regulo automatically creates compliant invoices and credit notes for all your Shopify orders, including online store, marketplaces, and POS transactions. The app handles French and EU VAT calculations, reduced rates, refunds, exchanges, gift cards, and return fees with ease.
Your customers receive invoices by email and can download them from their account. The app generates FEC accounting exports in Excel format, ready for your accountant and compatible with Pennylane, Sage, and Cegid.
With French e-invoicing becoming mandatory, Regulo prepares you ahead of time by generating invoices in Factur-X format. The solution ensures VAT compliance across France and the European Union while managing complex scenarios like returns and gift card transactions automatically.
