About the Rechna: E‑Invoices DACH
Rechna generates GoBD-compliant e-invoices for German-market Shopify stores. The app automatically creates ZUGFeRD 2.x and XRechnung 3.0 invoices from paid orders, validated with KoSIT and veraPDF standards. All invoices use gapless numbering and are archived immutably for 8 years to meet audit requirements. The app handles B2B transactions, reverse charge scenarios, §19 cases, and Swiss QR-bills. Corrections work through proper Storno and Gutschrift methods. If order data is missing, Rechna blocks invoice creation and shows exactly what needs fixing. Invoice PDFs are available in German, English, French, or Italian. Monthly ZIP and CSV exports help your tax advisor. With Germany's B2B e-invoice mandate arriving in 2027-2028, plain PDFs won't meet legal requirements anymore.
