About the Visma e‑conomic Integration
Manual bookkeeping in e-conomic ends with this integration. Orders, refunds, products, and customers sync automatically to e-conomic, and you control how sales are posted. Individual Invoice Mode creates one invoice per order with complete line items when you need detailed records for every sale. Sales Summary Mode posts one daily journal entry grouped by payment method, each with dedicated revenue and clearing accounts for a clean ledger at any volume. Shopify payments, fees, and payouts book automatically so reconciliation happens on its own. Auto mode posts payouts instantly, while Manual mode lets you review before posting. Test Run validates your setup before going live, and you can replay failed syncs with one click.
