About the Restockix: PO & Receiving
Restockix replaces Stocky with a complete purchasing and receiving ledger built for retail. Scan deliveries in parts and record good, short, over and damaged units per delivery. Stock updates flow to Shopify as safe delta adjustments that prevent double-counting.
Track every delivery's cost with full history. Your catalog cost updates only by your chosen rule—keep current, use last received, or apply weighted average—always with a preview first. Print barcode labels for exactly what arrived on Dymo, Zebra, Avery or A4 sheets.
Create purchase orders with MOQ, case-pack and minimum checks. Export receiving logs and discrepancy reports as CSVs showing who received what and when. Send PO PDFs by email and rescue your Stocky data with CSV import.
