This app helps you track serial numbers, batch lots, and IMEI numbers for your products, then assign them to specific order lines. Perfect for managing warranty claims, supplier recalls, and expiry dates.
Record serial numbers and lot numbers directly from the order page by typing or scanning with your phone - no separate login needed. Each serial can only be assigned once, and numbers are automatically released when orders get cancelled.
Track batch quantities with expiry dates and receive email alerts before lots expire. Search any serial or lot number to instantly find which order it belongs to, making recalls and warranty tracking simple. The app adds order metafields so serial and lot information appears on invoices, packing slips, and customer emails.
