About the Chatpix
Chatpix connects your Shopify store to ChatGPT Ads through OpenAI's Conversions API. The app tracks every conversion using both browser pixel and server-side tracking, so no sale gets lost or counted twice.
Setup takes one click: create a key in ChatGPT Ads Manager, paste it into the app, and Chatpix automatically creates your pixel, conversion key, and all five required events. The pixel installs without touching your theme and works across your entire storefront, including checkout.
Purchases are captured two ways—through the browser and via server webhook—which means conversions still count even when customers close their tabs. Ad clicks stay attributed for thirty days, giving you accurate data on your ChatGPT campaign performance. The app respects your cookie banner settings through Shopify's Customer Privacy API, keeping you compliant while tracking conversions reliably.
