About the Wunschbox

Wunschbox helps you collect customer product requests and ideas directly in your shop through a simple widget. Shoppers can submit their wishes for missing products, variants, or sizes using an easy form - no email required. The admin dashboard lets you analyze all customer feedback, filter requests by category, and export data as CSV files. You can identify which products are in high demand and make data-driven decisions about your product range. Create product polls to involve customers in your selection process and increase engagement. The widget is fully customizable - adjust colors, text, and position to match your shop design. Perfect for understanding what your customers really want and optimizing your inventory based on actual demand.
