About the Whaleal Cart: AI Cart Recovery
Whaleal Cart helps recover lost sales from abandoned checkouts by sending AI-written recovery emails to shoppers. Each email includes the customer's name, cart items, order total, and a direct link back to their checkout.
Recovery reminders are sent automatically at 1 hour and 24 hours after abandonment. You can customize the email tone, adjust send timing, and add optional one-time discount codes to encourage shoppers to complete their purchase.
The dashboard tracks recovered revenue, email engagement, and plan usage so you can see exactly how your cart recovery is performing. The app runs directly in your Shopify admin in English and Chinese, with no theme edits needed to get started.
