About the Weigh Kit: POS Sell by weight
Weigh Kit brings sell-by-weight functionality to Shopify POS, perfect for delis, butchers, produce counters, bulk food stores, coffee shops, and hardware retailers. Staff can quickly search or scan a product barcode, enter the weight, and tap a saved tare container to deduct packaging weight. Items are added to the cart charged at the exact net weight multiplied by your price per gram, 100g, kg, oz, or lb. Each location can use its own Shopify Markets pricing and currency with POS Pro. The app works offline during connection drops—keep weighing and taring without interruption, and inventory syncs automatically when reconnected. Set minimum and maximum weights per item, sell in multiple units of measurement, and use the app across all your tills and locations in English, French, German, or Spanish.
