About the WD: Customer Insights & Growth

This app tracks customer login activity in your online store so you can see who keeps coming back and who has gone quiet. It records each login with details like date, browser, and operating system, building a complete login history for every customer. Filter customers by login dates to identify active shoppers or find those who stopped visiting. Export any filtered customer list to a spreadsheet for further analysis. Create discount codes that only specific customers can use—reward one customer or up to 100 at once. Track each discount's status and see how many times it has been used. The app works once you turn on the embed in your theme and only tracks shoppers who allow analytics. Orders show who buys, but this tool reveals who stays engaged with your store, helping you reward regulars or win back lapsed customers with targeted discount codes.
