WAWCD CRM connects your existing WhatsApp Business account to Shopify by scanning a QR code, letting you send automated order updates directly to customers from your business number. Create reusable message templates for order confirmations, payment notifications, shipping updates, delivery alerts, cancellations, and refunds using Shopify order variables. Customers receive transactional WhatsApp messages only if they've agreed to them, with an opt-out link included in every message. Review all message attempts in the Activity section, including accepted, failed, skipped, and queued messages, and export activity records to CSV for your records. Send controlled tests before going live. Note that this uses a linked-device connection, not the official WhatsApp Business Platform.
