About the Warrify: Warranty & Claims
This warranty app handles the complete claims process from registration to resolution. Every order automatically records warranty coverage without requiring customers to fill in forms. You can set one warranty policy store-wide or create different coverage terms for specific products, collections, or variants.
When claims come in, they're automatically checked against your policy and the original purchase date. You'll see a clear verdict with the reason behind it. From there, you can approve and issue replacements, refunds, store credit, or repairs directly from the claim. Each claim gets an RMA number, and customers can track their return on a dedicated page without needing to log in. Return labels are included to make the process smooth for everyone involved.
