Warrantix manages your complete warranty program from registration to claims. Customers register products through QR codes, links, or your thank-you page on your own domain. The app verifies orders and validates serial numbers against your imported list, flagging duplicates and unknown serials. After registration, customers automatically receive branded warranty certificates with verification QR codes via email. Encourage early product registration by offering extended warranty coverage or discount codes. Handle warranty claims efficiently with a dedicated queue that collects photos and customer details. The Pro plan includes claim verification checks, RMA returns management, a customer-facing warranty portal, resale transfers for second-hand products, and GPSR product-safety recall notifications that alert affected registrants with a serial number check page.
