About the Vista Order Editing & Upsell
Vista Order Editing turns your Order Status and Thank You page into a self-service hub where customers can edit orders before shipping. Shoppers can fix shipping addresses, swap product variants, update quantities, change shipping methods, apply discount codes, or cancel orders — all without contacting support.
The app includes fulfillment protection that automatically blocks edits once an order ships, preventing inventory sync issues. You can set editing rules based on time windows, order tags, or delivery methods, and limit which products customers can edit. Refund cancellations as store credit to keep revenue in your store.
