About the Verifactu Pro

Verifactu Pro generates compliant invoices for every sale—both online and in-store with Shopify POS—following RD 1007/2023 requirements. Each invoice includes immutable numbering, chained SHA-256 fingerprints, and an official QR code. In active mode, invoices are sent to the AEAT in real time using your digital certificate. At the point of sale, customers receive their ticket with QR code via email, screen, or print. The app automatically creates corrective invoices for returns and cancellations, holds invoices over €3,000 without NIF, and captures buyer tax IDs. Additional features include custom series, IRPF withholding, VAT reports, registry books, and automatic copies via Email, SFTP, Drive, or Dropbox. PDF invoices and emails are delivered in the customer's language.
