About the Valmont Shipping Guard
Valmont Shipping Guard monitors your checkout shipping options to help you catch problems before customers do. The app uses synthetic carts and representative delivery destinations to check what shipping rates buyers actually see during checkout.
It compares current shipping results against previous healthy baselines to identify missing shipping options, disappeared services, destination coverage gaps, and significant rate changes. When results can't be verified, the app shows an unknown or baseline-building state rather than reporting false issues.
Get email alerts for confirmed shipping availability problems. Monitor buyer-visible shipping options across key destinations, detect missing shipping rates, and track material price changes. Rerun checks anytime to confirm when your shipping issues are resolved.
