About the Valmont Redirect Guard
Valmont Redirect Guard monitors your Shopify store's redirect rules to catch changes and removals before they impact your site. The app compares current redirects against your approved baseline and alerts you when routes are modified or deleted.
Track up to 50 public paths with hourly HTTP checks on your primary storefront domain. When redirect drift occurs, you'll see clear before-and-after evidence showing exactly what changed. Review the complete route history, acknowledge incidents as you address them, and export detailed CSV reports for your records.
The app uses read-only access, so your existing redirects stay untouched. Password-protected pages, external links, and unsupported destinations appear as unverified. Keep old links pointing where they should and maintain control over your store's redirect configuration.
