TrueMetrics fixes iOS privacy restrictions that block browser-based tracking pixels and cause you to lose valuable conversion data. When tracking data is incomplete, your ad platforms can't optimize properly and your ROAS looks worse than it actually is.
This app uses server-side tracking to send purchase events directly from your Shopify store to Google Analytics 4, Meta API, and TikTok API through secure API connections. Since the tracking happens server-side, it can't be blocked by browsers or privacy settings, so your ad platforms get complete data.
You can automatically send customer data and order details with each purchase event, bulk upload historical orders to warm up new pixels, and monitor everything through a real-time dashboard. The dashboard shows event status and errors for each platform, with one-click retry for any failed events.
