About the TriPath Delivery Tracking
TriPath Delivery Tracking helps you manage local deliveries with your own couriers and track carrier shipments directly from your Shopify store. Add couriers to your team, assign orders with one click, and provide customers with a branded tracking page showing live delivery status. Your couriers work right from their browser with no app installation needed.
For local deliveries, you get customer chat, a live map showing courier location, and signed PDF proof of delivery complete with photos and timestamps. The app also tracks FedEx, DHL, and UPS shipments on the same tracking page, giving customers one place to monitor all their orders. Includes delivery blocks for product pages and customer portals available in three languages.
