About the TriPath Delivery Tracking
TriPath helps you manage local deliveries with your own courier team and track carrier shipments directly from your Shopify store. Add couriers to your team, assign orders with one click, and provide customers with a branded tracking page that shows live delivery status. Your couriers can work right from their browser without installing any app.
Customers can choose their preferred delivery day and time window, or select store pickup at checkout. The tracking page includes chat functionality so customers can communicate directly about their order. Advanced and Enterprise plans feature a live map showing the courier's location during delivery. Every delivery includes a signed PDF proof of delivery with photo and timestamp for your records.
The app integrates delivery blocks on your product pages and offers customer portals in three languages. All order assignments happen from your Shopify admin, making it simple to coordinate your own delivery team while maintaining your brand throughout the entire delivery experience.
