Miko runs a complete loyalty and rewards program designed for customer retention. Customers earn loyalty points with every purchase at rates you control, then redeem those points for reward codes to use at checkout. Create VIP tiers that unlock multiplied point rewards as customers spend more, encouraging repeat purchases. The app includes a refer a friend widget that rewards both the referrer and new customer with bonus points. Birthday rewards issue automatically, and you can give bonus points for signups and reviews. The dashboard tracks points activity, redemptions, and members per tier.
