About the Torhen Price Proof

Torhen Price Proof helps protect your store from deceptive-pricing lawsuits by recording a complete time-stamped history of every price and compare-at price from the moment you install. Since Shopify doesn't keep price history, this app gives you the evidence you need to defend your business. The app automatically audits your strikethrough prices against U.S. FTC former-price rules and EU Omnibus directive requirements. It flags risky compare-at prices including products that never sold at the listed price, permanent sales, and prices above the 30-day low. Each flagged item shows you exactly why it's problematic and how to fix it. Serial plaintiffs target small stores over strikethrough pricing violations. Price Proof lets you export clean evidence and correct risky compare-at prices with one click, helping you stay compliant and avoid costly legal issues.
