Tetrinest: Gang Sheet Builder

Tetrinest adds a gang sheet builder to your DTF or sublimation store, letting customers create their own custom gang sheets. Shoppers can upload PNG, JPEG, SVG, or PDF artwork, resize and duplicate designs, then arrange them on fixed-size sheets or a rolling canvas that grows as they add more. The Auto Build feature nests designs by shape instead of bounding boxes, fitting more artwork on each sheet and reducing film waste. Choose between concave, convex, or box frames for optimal nesting. Orders appear in the built-in order management system with print-ready 300 DPI files. Track per-sheet statuses, assign team roles, and use threaded comments for collaboration. The workflow builder automates emails, notifications, Dropbox export, and fulfillment tasks. Background removal, color removal, halftone effects, and low-DPI alerts can be enabled per product to ensure quality output.
