TermCheck Pro adds a native terms agreement checkbox directly to your Shopify checkout—no script injection needed, so there's no impact on your store's speed. Customers must confirm your terms, refund policy, or custom conditions before completing their order. If they forget to tick the box, an inline reminder prompts them to accept. You can customize checkbox labels, link multiple policy pages, and toggle the feature on or off from your admin panel. Every acceptance is captured with consent text, timestamp, and terms version, then saved directly to the order as proof. This consent data is visible in your Shopify admin for reference.
