About the Tax Relief Pro
Tax Relief Pro helps merchants apply VAT relief for eligible customers including chronically sick or disabled individuals and charities. Customers complete a short eligibility declaration directly on the product page, and the zero-rated VAT amount applies instantly to their account. Each signed declaration is stored securely and automatically emailed as a PDF record. Merchants have full control to choose which products qualify for VAT relief using simple tags, customize the declaration wording, view all submitted declarations, and revoke relief when necessary.
