Shoppers can compare products, select variants, and confirm adding items to their cart directly through the assistant. Voice interaction requires shopper consent and microphone permission to work.
Merchants manage everything through the embedded admin where you can configure the widget, sync your product catalog, and monitor usage. Product names and your original content stay in their source language, preserving your brand voice across both supported languages.
