About the TariffAware
TariffAware helps international customers understand that duties, import taxes, tariffs, and courier fees may apply to their orders. The app displays country-specific notices before checkout, setting clear expectations for shoppers worldwide.
Create destination-specific duty and tax notices in English, and the app automatically updates your configured customer-facing translations. Customers must acknowledge the applicable notice before continuing to checkout, ensuring they're informed about potential import charges.
Each accepted notice is recorded with its exact wording and version number, then linked directly to the completed order. When customer queries or disputes arise, you can download PDF evidence showing what terms were acknowledged. Note that TariffAware does not calculate or collect import charges—it focuses solely on transparent communication about potential fees.
