About the Subflow Subscriptions

Subflow turns any product into a recurring subscription at a discount you choose. Customers can manage their subscriptions directly from your storefront - they can skip deliveries, pause subscriptions, reschedule orders, change delivery frequency, and update their payment card without contacting support. When payments fail, the app automatically retries declined cards three times over approximately two weeks. Customers receive email notifications with each retry attempt. Any remaining failed payments appear on a single page where you can manually retry them with one click. Shoppers select their delivery schedule right on the product page without extra steps. Switching from another subscription app? Import your existing subscribers along with their saved payment cards, so customers don't need to re-enter their payment details.
