About the Styrla ‑ Purchase Orders
Styrla helps you manage purchase orders and know exactly what to reorder before running out of stock. The app tracks how many products sell per day and monitors actual supplier lead times, then calculates what to order, how much, and by which day. Every reorder recommendation shows the math: days of stock remaining, order-by dates, and reorder points.
Create purchase orders with one click—the app drafts a PO per supplier, automatically rounded to pack sizes and minimums. Email purchase orders as PDF and CSV, print them, or receive deliveries directly in the app. When you receive stock, Shopify inventory updates by exactly what arrived. You can import your Stocky PO export to rebuild suppliers, lead times, and order history. Print barcode labels for received items using Avery sheets or a label printer. Everything you enter exports as CSV for your records.
