About the Storeloop: Order Editing

Storeloop lets customers edit their own orders after checkout, reducing manual order changes for merchants. Shoppers can update shipping address, contact details, quantities, delivery method, or cancel for a refund directly from the thank-you and order status pages—all within limits you control. The app also displays post-checkout upsells to increase AOV by letting customers add more items to their order. Every customer edit applies directly to the real Shopify order, keeping everything synchronized. Merchants choose what's editable and set the edit window for each order. Features include self-serve address and contact editing, quantity changes, delivery method switching, cancellation options, and one-click upsell pages. You'll also get branded PDF receipts and analytics showing support time saved and upsell revenue generated.
