About the StoreCred: Cashback & Credit
StoreCred rewards customers with automatic cashback on every paid order and adds bonus store credit on top of refunds. Set your cashback percentage and let the app handle the rest — credit is issued automatically when orders are paid. When processing refunds, you can add bonus store credit either automatically or with one-click approval, given on top of the refund amount, not instead of it.
The app runs on Shopify's native store credit ledger, so there's no custom wallet or lock-in to worry about. You can set minimum order requirements and collection rules for cashback eligibility. Expiry dates keep credit balances active, with automatic reminder emails sent to customers before their credit lapses. Migrating from another store credit app is simple with bulk CSV import for existing balances.
