StatusClerk turns every open line item into a production job with the custom text, font, and options your customer entered. Each job moves through your workflow stages while customers see real-time status and expected dates right under each item on their order status page.
Send proof approvals before production—customers can review via email link or directly on the order page, item by item. Print run sheets with QR codes for each piece, then scan on your phone to advance jobs or mark them complete.
The app calculates expected dates based on your lead times and closed days, automatically flagging overdue jobs.
