About the Staff Hub: Rota & Time Clock
Staff Hub combines your employee rota, time clock and training tools in one convenient app. Create weekly schedules using shift templates, spot double bookings and time-off clashes, then publish the rota directly to your team's phones. Staff can clock in and out on Shopify POS using their personal PIN, or use their phone with optional GPS verification to confirm they're on-site. Review and approve time cards, then export hours as a CSV file for payroll systems like Gusto, QuickBooks, ADP, Paychex or Rippling. Manage leave requests, train new starters with lessons and quizzes, and share announcements with read receipts so you know who's seen them. Keep your team organized and connected with everything in one place.
