About the Spur: AI Agent & WhatsApp API
Spur's AI agent handles customer chats across WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, live chat and email. The AI learns your products, website and FAQs to recommend items with links and share order tracking. When needed, it hands conversations to your team who reply from one unified inbox with each customer's Shopify orders visible beside the chat.
Using the official WhatsApp Business API, Spur sends cart recovery messages, order confirmations, COD confirmations with payment options, and shipping updates. Send WhatsApp campaigns to Shopify segments with detailed click reports. Instagram automation turns comments into DMs with product links on posts, reels and ads. Messages retry automatically when held by marketing limits. Compatible with the WhatsApp Business app on your number and runs via MCP server from Claude or ChatGPT.
