FlexCo helps retail shops sell items that aren't in stock today using Shopify POS. Staff flip one switch at the till when a customer buys in-stock and special order items together. The app automatically fulfills what leaves the shop immediately while holding ordered-in items on a waiting list. Fulfillment holds prevent anyone from shipping or handing over items early by mistake. Take deposits using Shopify POS part payments, with balances reading live from Shopify. Track every special order from placement to collection with clear statuses: Waiting, Arrived, Ready, and Collected. When items arrive, mark them in the system and email customers with one tap. At hand-over, the app warns staff if the customer still owes money. Refunds and cancellations clean up automatically, keeping your inventory accurate without extra work.
