About the Solo Discount
Solo Discount fixes how Shopify handles discounts on sale items. By default, Shopify discount codes stack on top of items already marked down and ignore compare-at prices. This app solves that problem at the variant level using Shopify Functions.
You can exclude sale items from discounts entirely, so variants already on sale won't get additional discounts. Or discount off the compare-at price with a floor—customers never pay more than your sale price. This works with both discount codes and automatic discounts.
The app checks each variant at checkout, not just at the product level. On Shopify Plus, you control which discounts combine with each other, preventing unwanted discount stacking. Run sitewide sales without accidentally double-discounting your markdowns.
