SMSify helps Shopify merchants confirm cash-on-delivery orders and send transactional SMS updates to customers. The app enables automatic order-status notifications via text message, making it easy to keep buyers informed throughout their purchase journey. The Growth plan adds a dedicated business phone number with two-way SMS and MMS messaging capabilities. Merchants can chat with customers, schedule messages, and set up business-hours replies from their SMSify number. Incoming calls automatically forward to a verified private US or Canadian phone, keeping your personal number confidential while customers only see your business line. Key features include COD order confirmation, Shopify order updates by SMS, a two-way inbox for customer conversations, MMS attachments, scheduled messaging, and call forwarding to your private phone. Delivery credits are purchased separately to send messages.
