About the Smart Restock: Invoice Import
Smart Restock reads your supplier invoices and purchase orders from PDF, CSV, Excel, or forwarded email and matches each line to your products by SKU. Stock levels, costs, and quantities update in bulk across all locations. When an invoice line doesn't match an existing product, use AI to generate the complete listing—title, description, variants, and photo—in one click. Save field mapping templates for each supplier so repeat imports take just seconds. Features include low stock alerts, reorder suggestions, and expiry tracking with markdowns. Nothing updates your store until you review and approve it.
