About the Shopinou Mystery Shopper
Mystery Shopper tests your store like a real first-time visitor would. A headless browser walks through your site on a slow phone and desktop—from home page to product page, add to cart, checkout, and shipping rates. Seventy-five automated checks score every step of the customer journey, including what search engines see.
Each finding shows you the evidence with screenshots, names the exact Shopify screen where you fix it, and gives you the steps to take. A tracking pixel counts your real funnel daily. You can even connect Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP client to read the data. See your store through your shoppers' eyes and find exactly where they give up.
