About the ShipRules: Combine Orders

ShipRules helps you merge duplicate orders from the same customer going to the same address, so you stop paying to ship twice. When a customer places a second order before the first one ships, this app finds those paid, unfulfilled orders and combines them into one shipment. The extra items move over at no charge, the duplicate order gets cancelled, and the shipping fee is automatically refunded. You can review and approve each merge in a queue, or set up automatic merging with Shopify Flow. Set your own time window to catch orders placed close together, and use tag exclusions to keep gift orders and rush orders separate. Every merge is tracked in an audit log with one-click undo if needed. Your dashboard shows total shipping savings so you can see exactly how much you're saving by combining orders into single shipments.
