AddressWise checks shipping addresses at checkout and after orders are placed to stop failed international deliveries. The app blocks invalid addresses like PO boxes, emoji, or empty fields before payment is processed. It also flags risky addresses with subtle problems—missing house numbers or mismatched postal codes—and automatically holds those orders. Customers receive an email with a one-click link to review and correct their own address. Once they fix it, the hold releases automatically with no manual work required.
