ShipFit filters checkout delivery options based on the shipping class of products in your cart. When Shopify splits carts across shipping profiles, customers face duplicate shipping charges. Merging everything into one profile solves this but shows every shipping rate for every cart—including rates that can't actually ship certain goods like dangerous items, oversized freight, or liquids. This app keeps a single shipping profile while displaying only the rates that fit each specific cart. It uses a shipping class metafield assigned to each product, matched to rates named by class (for example, "DHL Paket (class-500)"). The highest-priority shipping class in the cart determines which rates appear at checkout. Override and companion rules handle restricted goods and combined shipping scenarios, ensuring customers see only relevant delivery options.
